Expert consultancy

Within the framework of consultancy projects, we provided administrative, technical and financial support activities to various ministries, and governmental and non-governmental organisations in Slovenia and abroad.

 

1) Croatian Telecom Joint Stock- Implementation of a comprehensive study of development potential - "Analysis of potentials of development projects in Republic of Croatia with bussiness relevance of Croatian Telecom Joint Stock";
2) Agency for research and development - Implementation of a three-day training workshop in Belgrade on the theme of learning about EU programs, planning and implementation of EU projects;
3) Adria Hotel Forum – a lecture at the international conference in Zagreb on financing tourism infrastructure with the help of EU grants and participation in the round table;
4) ECQA –  Training different target groups (public & private) to become EU Project Manager
5) Office of the Government of the Republic of SLovenia for local self-government and regional policy – Evaluation of measures for increasing research-development activities in economy and institutions of knowledge (Measures of the Ministry of higher edcuation, science and technology in the frames of OP RR PU 1.1 Improving competition capability of companies and research exellence in OP RČV PU 1.1 Experts and researchers for competitiveness of companies and 1.3 Grant schemes in 3.3 Quality, competitiveness and responsiveness of higher education);

8) Novo Mesto Municipality - Production of a study of the spatial potential of urban elementary schools and school districts modification in Novo Mesto Municipality;
9) Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy -  Assessment of approx. 300 applications for all municipalities in Slovenia (public infrastructure) ;
10) Delnice Municipality (HR) - Presentation of the Municipal Council on the possibilities of absorption of European funds in the Republic of Croatia;
11) Foundation - Foundation Back on the horse - Conduct one-day workshop on the management and monitoring of the "pedo Turkey" under the OP IPA SI-HR 2007-2013;

13) Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy – (Ex-ante) evaluation of regional development programmes of the statistical region of Notranjsko-kraško, SE statistical region, the statistical region of Zasavsko and the statistical region of Posavsko – Project Manager;
14) Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of the RS: Carrying out 100% administrative verification of applications for payments in accordance with Article 4 of the Commission Regulation (EC) 438/2001 for PPS EQUAL;
15) Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of the RS – Training of administrators of development partners (RPs) who perform 100% of verification and representatives of the Management authority and assistance to the national contact point (NPS) in understanding the correctness of justifiability of costs from the legal, economic and content aspects;

29) Technical support/revision to the former Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Regional Development – at present Government Office for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy – in the field of examination of final reports for the conclusion of programmes  Phare CBC for 45 users on the border with Italy, Austria and Hungary;
30) Technical support/auditing to the former Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Regional Development) - present Government Office for Local Self-Government and Regional Policy - in the field of examination of interim reports for programme initiative Interreg IIIA;
31) USAID - Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) Business and Trade Development (BDD) Bulgaria program: promotion activities for Bulgarian partners in the field of agrotourism;
